At Fresh Barbeque Innovations, our barbeque is the inspiration of Chef JC and his personally trained pitmasters. Our savory barbeque is the perfect blend of Kansas City and Texas style barbeque. We also offer our amazing meats by the pound; rubs and sauces are all available in our retail center located next to the restaurant.   

And don’t overlook our bar offerings – featuring more than 25 varieties of bourbon and American whiskey, craft cocktails, draft and bottled microbrews, and wines specially curated to complement our menu.
